HotelDuel is Leo Chen’s hotel comparison and travel advisory service. Leo is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel. For questions about a request or your information, email leo.chen@fora.travel.
Your quote request
We collect the name, email address and hotel stay details you submit, plus any optional price, room information, budget, membership preferences, referral source and screenshot. Campaign tags in the page URL and the form steps completed are included with your request to help us understand how people find and use the service. Do not enter account numbers or membership passwords. We use these details to review your stay, compare available offers and communicate with you about your request. Sending a request does not make a reservation, charge your card or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Do not submit card numbers, payment credentials, passport details or unredacted booking references. Screenshots are reviewed manually.
Where your information goes
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes requests and security checks through Turnstile. Resend sends your request and optional screenshot to Leo’s Fora Travel email inbox. Those services may process technical information needed for delivery, security and abuse prevention. The site does not maintain a separate customer request database; request emails and attachments are retained in email systems under their settings.
When preparing a quote or arranging a booking, relevant information may also be processed through Fora Travel and the applicable hotel or booking supplier. Their services have their own privacy policies. You can read the Cloudflare privacy policy and Resend privacy policy.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Email Leo to ask about your information, correct your stay details or request deletion. We will review what can be removed from systems we control and explain any records that need to be retained for an existing booking or applicable obligations. Please do not include additional sensitive documents in your request.
Quotes, booking and payment
We compare available offers; we do not guarantee the lowest price or that a displayed example remains available. Historic comparisons can have different room, meal, payment or cancellation terms. Only the final booking offer establishes the applicable price and terms.
For a Fora quote, you choose whether to book using the secure booking link. Use your own accepted payment card there. The hotel or supplier sets the billing currency, payment schedule and cancellation terms; your bank may apply currency conversion or transaction fees. HotelDuel’s inquiry form does not collect payment cards or hotel payments. This hotel service has no booking fee or added markup. Leo earns a share of the supplier commission paid through Fora.
Breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades, points and status benefits depend on the specific property, program and rate. Availability-dependent benefits are not guaranteed. A quote request or email conversation is not a confirmed reservation; check the booking confirmation before making travel plans.
